Before any treatment, a consultation is required to assess your suitability and discuss your desired results. During this session, our practitioners will review your medical history, provide honest advice, and recommend the best treatment options for you. If a treatment is deemed unsuitable, we will offer alternative solutions or advise against proceeding.
All treatments are performed by trained, certified professionals using premium products and the latest techniques. Our goal is to deliver natural, effective, and safe results while prioritizing client well-being. We ensure that all procedures adhere to strict hygiene and safety protocols.
Clients must provide accurate medical history, including any allergies, medications, or pre-existing conditions, as these may affect treatment outcomes. A consent form must be signed before any procedure, confirming that you understand the benefits, risks, and aftercare requirements.
To secure an appointment, a deposit will be required, which will be deducted from the final treatment cost. Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to a rescheduled appointment if 48-hour notice is given.
We understand that plans may change, but we kindly request at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling, and no-shows will forfeit their deposit. You will only be able to reschedule 3 times, after the 3rd you will lose the deposit and will need to pay again to book another appointment.
Results vary based on individual factors such as skin type, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare instructions. Some treatments may require multiple sessions for optimal results. Follow-up appointments may be recommended to assess progress and provide touch-ups if necessary.
Due to the nature of aesthetic treatments, we cannot offer refunds once a procedure has been performed. However, if you have concerns about your results, we encourage you to contact us for a follow-up appointment to discuss possible adjustments. Our team is dedicated to ensuring client satisfaction and addressing any concerns professionally.
We strictly adhere to age restrictions for all treatments. Clients must be 18 years or older to receive aesthetic procedures unless accompanied by a parent/guardian and deemed appropriate. ID may be required for verification.
