At Revivology, we are committed to delivering safe, professional and high-quality hair and aesthetic services tailored to each client. Your comfort, satisfaction and wellbeing are always our top priority.

Consultation and Treatment Suitability

Before any treatment, a consultation may be carried out to assess your suitability and discuss your desired results. For aesthetic treatments, this includes reviewing relevant medical information. For hair services, your consultation will focus on your hair type, condition and desired outcome.

We will provide professional advice and recommend the most suitable treatment or service. If a treatment is deemed unsuitable, we will advise accordingly.

2. Treatment Process

All treatments are carried out by trained and experienced professionals using high-quality products and techniques. We aim to deliver natural, effective and safe results while prioritising client comfort and wellbeing.

For aesthetic treatments, we follow strict hygiene, safety and clinical protocols at all times. For hair services, we ensure professional standards and care are maintained throughout every appointment.

3. Medical Disclosure & Consent

For aesthetic treatments, clients must provide accurate medical information, including any allergies, medications or pre-existing conditions, as these may affect treatment suitability and outcomes. A consent form must be completed prior to treatment, confirming understanding of the procedure, risks and aftercare.

For hair services, clients should inform us of any allergies, sensitivities or previous reactions to products to ensure safe and suitable treatment.

To secure your appointment, a deposit may be required and will be deducted from your final treatment cost. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment with at least 48 hours’ notice.

5. Cancellation & Late Policy

We understand that plans may change; however, we kindly require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or the need to reschedule. Missed appointments or late cancellations will result in loss of deposit.

Repeated rescheduling may require a new deposit to secure future appointments.

6. Treatment Results & Follow-Up

Results may vary depending on individual factors, including skin type, hair condition, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare advice. For aesthetic treatments, outcomes will differ from person to person based on the treatment performed. For hair services, results will vary depending on hair type, condition, and maintenance.

Some treatments may require more than one session to achieve the desired result. Follow-up appointments may be recommended where appropriate to assess progress and maintain optimal outcomes.

Any dissolving or corrective treatments required following aesthetic procedures will be provided at no additional cost within 6 months of the original treatment date. After this period, all corrective work, including dissolving, will be chargeable in accordance with the current treatment price list. Once this timeframe has passed, treatments are considered fully settled and complete, and any further adjustments are classed as new elective procedures rather than corrections of the original treatment.

7. Refunds & Complaints

Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds once a treatment or service has been carried out.

If you have any concerns regarding your results, please contact us within 48 hours so we can review and resolve the matter where appropriate.

For aesthetic treatments, follow-up appointments may be recommended. For hair services, we will always aim to address any concerns and ensure you are satisfied with your result.

8. Age & Eligibility Requirements

Clients must be 18 years or over to receive aesthetic treatments.

For hair services, clients under 18 are welcome; however, a parent or guardian may be required for certain services.

Valid identification may be requested where necessary.

9. Privacy & Confidentiality

Your personal information and treatment history will be kept confidential and handled in accordance with data protection regulations.

We respect your privacy and will never share your details without your consent.
